::Absolutely pathetic service! The websites are a mess. The consular officers are unresponsive, and rude. You have to pay $2 per minute to even talk to customer service only to get canned answers. Shame on British government! Goodbye England..not on my bucket list ever!

::Very very unresponsive to phone calls. I spent the better part of 30 mins trying to speak to someone about an issue & couldn't. Their website states they are open from 8:45 am but no one was available. Do they work at all or are they just here on vacation, spending her majesty's pounds?
