  I highly recommend Community Bike Supply! The entire staff were very friendly and professional. Brian set my experience apart. Not only did he guide me through the process of choosing the right road bike for me, he prescribed the the components to ensure I would have the best fit. As a physical therapist, I can appreciate a "build the bike to the person" type of mentality to prevent an injury. Knowing that I was a new rider, he took the time to teach me all the basics to make sure I would be riding safely and confidently. He surpassed all expectations! Thank you for your passion, expertise and patience!

  Good selection, great people. If you're looking for Trek parts, it's a little less of a selection, but they're a Specialized and Felt dealer, so........ But their service department is great, good mechanics.

  Been going to this places for years. Competitive prices, knowledgeable, and always deliver customer satisfaction. Oh yeah, and one of the best mechanics in Boston! Richie's a legend. Great family owned business.

  Took my bike in for a needed tune up. The bike rides better than ever and the community team went beyond expectation by replacing a petal cage they seen broken of no charge with a spare they had. That sold me to return for future services and biking needs. I meet the service employee Jose and he is as friendly as they come... also, I was looking to have more work than was necessary done and the gentleman at the desk guided me in another direction saving me money. They could have made more money off this work but chose to be honest. Hats off to Community.. Thanks guys
