  The thermostat didn't work, the toilet ran, the bathroom fan didn't work. It seems that maintenance is being neglected at this location. For ~$200 a night I expected better.

  Room was not very clean. Our room key worked about half the time. The front desk had a TV saying they could recommend restaurants and activities. The lady said she had no idea what a good restaurant was. We always try to stay at a Comfort Inn because they are usually consistent. But this one was subpar!!

  I stayed here for just one night and it was the worst hotel experience. I have stayed in Motel 6's better than this place and that says a lot. The phone didn't work in our room, the toilet was clogged, the breakfast was mediocre, and the people next to us were very noisy. The toilet didn't flush it was clogged, I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn't work. I had to go to the front desk just to tell them about the toilet and the phone not working and about the noisy people next to us. The lady at the desk apologized and gave us another room. That was nice but it was very inconvenient, all this happened after midnight and we lost a lot of sleep. The breakfast was very bland and the waffle iron didn't work properly. I complained to the company about our experience and they only sent an apology email. I will never be returning to this hotel! This place needs to be upgraded or condemned! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

  Male evening front desk put me in a room next to a huge group of people .noise all night , banging and yelling .terrible night. At check out I explained my situation to morning front desk Erica (unsure of spelling) was very kind and understanding and apologized about the inconvenience. Rooms are decent .better night service would be a plus .

  I could give a zero if possible. The recipient met was extremely rude and completely racist. Then when I returned the manager seemed understanding and gave me even better room with the sake price. However, upon my check out, I found the racist receptionist who couldn't finish with addressing my issues as she preffered to serve the people who were behind me. The price charged on my card was now higher and she couldn't Shed explain why. She stated she could not retrieve the reciept that she would send the receipt after I disputed the amount. Still upto now I have not gotten a copy. The place has thin thin walls! Called several times to have the next door guest quiten down. I've never had such a worst experience in any other choice hotels. Never have I ever rated other place... such a disappointment.
