::Enjoyed my visit with my friend and felt very safe in the community, Manager was out patrolling the park and stopped to talk to us she is great, very knowledgeable and friendly, park is clean and common areas maintained nicely, mostly older homes but the residents keep their spaces pretty clean. This is a 55 and older park.

::Good changes happening here at Villa Mobile Home Estates PG&E upgrading our park. Great Neighbors and Great Manager the park is being updated a little at a time so excited to see changes happening.

::Very QUIET & CLEAN park. Residents here are very friendly. Cheri is a wonderful manager who looks out for ALL residents in the park & is very knowledgeable about mobilehome park management. I would reccomend this park.
