  This hotel was very unhelpful and the manager refused to help us after our dates for our stay were messed up. The manager refused to refund us even though it wasn’t our fault that the dates were changed without us knowing. We showed up to this hotel and the lady at the front desk told us about the dates and told us that the manager would be glad to help us the next day.. didn’t happen. We ended up having to pay more to find another hotel for our family to stay in on our family vacation to take our kids to the zoo. I do not recommend staying in this hotel because if you get in a bind they definitely won’t be any help to you. 😡

  For an under $100/night hotel, I think this place is hard to beat. Quiet, good bed, hot shower, pretty good breakfast.

  Front desk was friendly. We got the key to our room and we went to our room. The sheets were stained, bathroom was dirty, and the sheets had bed bugs. Will not come back.

  My stay was excellent. The staff was so nice to us. The manager was very professional and friendly. I will tell all my friends who visit Memphis Tennessee to stay here. The hotel is 5 star to me. I felt as if I was at home. The mattress was so comfortable. Great place to stay.

  Wish I could rate it a 0 star, night time staff was excellent . Management was NOT costumer friendly at all, was told we could go to another hotel by the day clerk. To get our hundred dollars back we had to wait for them to inspect the room. The hot water in the shower did not get hot. Absolutely waisted my reward points staying there. The normal choice hotel breakfast was not available, waffles only. Will NEVER stay there again.
