::If I could give this hotel zero stars I would. I wasnât given the room I paid for. The room had no window just plastic over it. The hotel is located in a dark alley.

::Arrived around 5:30pm and there was no one insight. Then when someone came out of an office to help me, he acted as if he couldn't find my reservation on the computer. Finally got a key card for room 132 and the ac/heat was broke. Brown stains all over the ceiling and floor was dirty. It also looked like someone had used a crow bar to pry the door open. Went back to get another room. I was given 134....that room the ac also did not work. Finally he walked back with me to room 136. That room door also looked like someone tried to break in it, but the ac/heat worked. Went to turn on the light; nope, didn't work. Went back to front desk. He handed me a bulb to do it myself. I then put the new bulb in the lamp, but nope it still did not work. Once again the ceiling was brown, there were patch spots all on the walls in the bathroom and the floor was dirty. Wyndham should go and see for yourself...it was awful even for the price that I got on Priceline. Worst Baymont I have ever stayed in. DO NOT RECOMMEND

::Iâve stayed at better hotels for the same price. Have stayed with the Baymont company previously but have had better success in the past. I typically book hotels for continental breakfast. I called to confirm they had it before booking and they claimed to have. Their âcontinental breakfastâ was a breakfast pastry prepackaged, an apple, and a granola bar. Was quite disappointed this this. The rooms were fine but if youâre looking to get a good breakfast this is not the place for you.

::I booked this hotel through a third party. The hotel was booked for one night for $142.00. ( July 4th weekend) I walked into the hotel and mildew and tobacco hit me at the entrance. It was about 2:20pm, the âmanagerâ explained you couldnât check in until 3pm. I then ask could I at least see the room, he stated yes. We began to walk on the first floor there was exposed wires hanging from the ceiling, screens to the windows coming off, the carpet needed to be cleaned and a very strong odor. I asked are people allowed to smoke in this room he stated no and explained there was a fee if you did smoke. I stated it seemed as though someone already did. I explained I would not be checking in a would like a refund, and ask if I could speak to the manager, he stated he was the manager and due to me booking through a third party I would have to contact the third party to get my refund. I booked another room at Courtyard Marriott (definitely recommend) and contacted the third party on Tuesday due to the holiday. Once contacting them, they informed me the manager wouldnât issue a refund because I stayed there. That was incorrect... I didnât even stay over 5 minutes in that hotel. I called the location and asked to speak to the manager he stated the manager wasnât there at the moment. I asked what the name of the manager he stated nick, and that his name was also nick but he was not the manager. The ânickâ that let us see the room was about 5â5â black glasses and hair that was either white or Hispanic ( the day we checked in he told us he was manager). I expressed to him the third party will not give me my money because you stated we stayed there and we did not. He stated I had to check you in. I said how could you check me in and I didnât stay there. He said because you booked a non-refundable room. When I began to express my thoughts he then hung up in my face. DO NOT STAY HERE, aside from the rooms he was very rude and not accommodating at all. Furthermore I donât appreciate him lying on me. When the third party contacted him he should have stated the individuals showed up however was very displeased and did not stay, but he lied.

::Rooms smelled bad. Our 1st room the order was so bad of mildew and cleaning supplies. Got a different room and it reaked of cigarette smell even though it's smoke free hotel. Not very clean. Not so good of a neighborhood. Pool was not open an not stated that it was closed in ad. Ceiling in halls had leaks. Very few restaurants around. Mostly fast food.
