::Was there for the wedding of a friend - the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with lovely bath products and the rain showerhead was awesome. The staff were gracious, friendly and very helpful (helped with maps, walking directions, etc). Food was a generous portion and extremely tasty. Izzy and Dennis were the best bartenders I've ever had and I've been to a few bars in my day! Would definitely stay here again.

::Great hotel small and close to Burbank Businesses. No charge for parking your car. Nice Clean room comfortable bed and the Bar and Restaurant are very nice. Will definitely come again

::The stay was ok,the room was decent but needs major updates. Also there was a weird smell and outlets are oddly placed. Dual shower heads were nice but not needed. The restaurant is fairly priced but food is not seasoned at all,you kind of just get what the chefs cooks regardless of if it’s correct.Now the staff,was VERY NICE! They made us feel like celebrities,Dennis the Bar tender is a great guy and makes a strong drink! He made each night for us fun and truly welcomed us to the hotel! The front desk staff was friendly and the shuttle was a nice perk. I wouldn’t stay here again but I would come say hi to Dennis if I were in town again!

::Me and my boyfriend came here to stay after going to Universal Studios. I am giving this hotel a two star rating for a couple of reasons. First off, I would like to say the staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfortable. However, they have two water bottles that they charge $5 if you consume it. Which I find ridiculous if your paying a good amount of money to stay in. If you want room service they charge around $3. Also, if you don't have a credit card upon arrival and checking in but have a debit card, it's a $250 deposit even though you get it back after a couple of days of checkout depending on your bank. I'm not impressed with this place for those reasons. The restaurant they have is very tasty food, which they also have a bar which is a little loud at night. Overall, I think you can find something better and more affordable.

::The rooms are decent. It's what you would expect from a small hotel for the price. Nothing fancy at all. It was clean. My only complaint is the early morning/over night staff. The way the hotel is set up, the hallways are open. So you walk out of your room and can look out at the reception area and other rooms. So noise travels FAST and HARD. Being here on business and having I wake up at 5am, I was very annoyed to listen to staff talk and laugh so freaking loudly. I heard almost every word from my 3rd floor room while getting dressed. It was annoying. I like a peaceful morning especially before a big conference. Staff needs to be more conscious of the fact that voices travel in this place and there definitely needs to be quiet hours!!! Unacceptable for staff to be chatting and laughing so loud at 5am. And yes it was staff, I opened my door to look out and saw them. I opened and slammed my door to send a message. Do better.
