::Fresh and creative flavors. We really love the chickpea sandwich , fries and crafted sodas. I also has a special with mushrooms but I don't recall the name

::This is the only one with consistent cleanliness Approved by me : The impossible meat balls Fried mushrooms (bridgewater ) Chickpea fritter sandwich! They lost one star for naming a sandwich after the devil that’s weird.

::More expensive than I expected for fast casual fare. The portions for the sandwiches were pretty filling, and I really enjoyed the chickpea fritter. The egg and eggplant sandwich was a good breakfast dish as well, although the eggplant skin was really hard (too hard to bite through!). My favorite items were definitely the soups though - in particular, the corn chowder was such an innovative choice since vegetarians can't have clam chowder! I would give the food at least a 3.5 stars. So why am I giving it 2 stars overall? Because of how terrible everything OTHER than the food was. I'm all for sustainability and have no issue with composted utensils, enjoyed the vibe that the pinball machines lend, and am supportive of the emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients. But they take the "hipster" vibe way too far - the water machine has 3 labels, and they're all stupid. I have multiple degrees, took a full range of chemistry courses, and still stood there way too long trying to puzzle out "CO2 H20" (bubbling water) vs "42F H2O" (cold water) vs "64F H20" (room temperature water). There's not even a ° (degree symbol) to differentiate the temperatures from the chemical formulas. At the VERY least, they should include a "translation"/explanation on the placard. I'm hesitant to come back due solely to their poor customer relations.

::Super tasty eggplant and egg platter. I like the vinegar kick in the lentils and potato salad. The tomato cucumber salad was very good. We got a side of hummus with oil and zaatar that was very creamy and flavorful. The staff are very friendly. There was not a long line.

::Innovative local vegetarian chain that focuses on sustainability and local sourcing. Recently had the chance to try some of their platters and sandwiches, and most items I got were pretty impressive. I’m normally not a huge fan of vegetarian fast food chains, but they did a great job with getting the flavor combinations right. In house brewed vanilla soda was superb, and the impossible meatballs were the best vegan meatballs I had, and with the tomato sauce, it tasted more authentic than the non-vegetarian ones. The bbq seitan was the only item that wasn’t appetizing. For the price, the portions for each were smaller than I expected, but it was definitely worth a try.
