::Food poisoning, both me and my boyfriend, from different vegan dishes. I really loved the food at the time, but it was not worth the agony we both experienced afterward. We believe there was too much oil in the food, but it could have been something else. We both ate the bread and the fritto italia appetizer, but had different entrees. The entrees both had vegan mozzarella and oily sauce. We assume the problem was the oil, as stated above. Still feeling sick 2 days later. :(

::Food is phenomenal. Particularly, the caprese salad might be the best one I've ever had. Service is matching in quality. Highly recommended.

::Beautiful restaurant with amazing Italian food! The selections from their vegan are delicious and it's great to have the more traditional menu items for my friends and family. Their fresh bread is to die for, especially when paired with their basil pesto. This comes to the table with your waters. The mushroom calamari is a favorite for myself and my meat-eating friends! Service is top notch.

::Amazing vegan selection! Went there two times in a week and was blown away both times. Prices are a bit high, but seems to be pretty standard for a place like this. Lovely atmosphere, felt much like I would expect a little Italian eatery to feel like.

::Wow! This is the best Italian restaurant I have ever been too, not only did they have a full vegan menu but they make everything in house. Their vegan lasagna is so delicious, I had to come back and get it again before I left San Diego. The staff was so sweet and made the experience even better. The restaurant is family owned and I could tell they are there to please, the owner even came out to ask how everything was which we appreciated. Do not come to San Diego without eating here! Can’t wait to come back!
