Blaise, the manager of this location, was incredibly rude. We spoke on the phone the week prior and he told me if I came in, he could correct an overdraft charge that was caused by a mistake charge. He was rude and condescending throughout our interaction. I will be closing my account here after 7+ years because of his poor customer service and attitude Updated - I was a dope and didn’t change banks. I came today 9/26/22 for a bank check. Adrian the teller was so kind and lovely. And then Citizens told me it’s $10 for a bank check. Even if you’ve been a customer with multiple accounts for nearly 10 years. My mistake for not closing accounts - now it’s time

Amazing service . The bank was technically closed it was 4:02pm and my sister and I were still seen. Lee walked over , opened the door and Devon accommodated us . They’re always polite 10/10 service ALWAYS

this branch of citizens is an absolute treat. all the employees are SO nice, really funny and genuine people, and they've always helped me and were very enthusiastic about helping me with any problems i had. Nathan in particular is incredible and always made sure banking with them was easy and painless, when banking at a lot of other places can be super stressful. highly recommend this branch if you're looking for a bank to open an account with!!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Unfortunately there never seem to be enough of them to deal with the volume of customers at most of times that I go in. Great branch but don't expect to be in & out quickly

Very very very personable branch. I came into this branch to cash a check and they realized I was not a Citizens Bank customer. The Brach Manager spent time to talk with me, understand who I bank with and how they may be able to help me. Weeks later I needed to open some tenant security deposits accounts and they were the first place to think of. Friendly staff, remembers the people who come in/out daily, etc. I literally drive past 10 other beaches to come to this one as they create a friendly feeling. Stop by and get to know these bankers. I’ve been really impressed thus far with the level of service I’ve received.
