::Stopped in Chase today to open a checking account. Was greeted immediately and shown to see Ronnie (Rolando) who was very lovely and worked within my time constraint. He understood my needs, was not pushy at all, informed me of everything I needed to know and quickly took care of me. He was extremely respectful of my privacy and helped upgrade me to a premier account. I've heard of the quality of Chase customer service and Ronnie exemplifies that! Might switch to Chase full-time!
