  Am costumer of citibank more than 15 years , 86 street workers soo lazy , only am waiting for specialist couple workers speaking by phone no accepting me , after 35 minute who getting before costumer called me finally than start to give me hard time , i have account citibank i just want to add my wife name thats all , but i coudnt do it , am gonna close my account soon

  The only thing of any value are the Red, white, and blue logos. Lines are obnoxious, ambiance is prison-like, and tellers are non communicative . Another Fat, bloated Shylocking crooked joint, resting on its laurels. Hours are stubbornly not even trying to live the industry standards established by TD.
