  In my 18 years of experience with banks,.HSBC has the worst non-english speaking customer support, terrible non-user friendly phone selection options, buggy and outdated app. Not to mention 86street branch in Brooklyn, NY is officially THE worst I have even seen in the world! I am really surprised they lasted this long in the banking business. AVOID AT ALL COST!

  Really useless bank. You feel like you are in a government agency not a bank. They treat you like they are doing you a favor. HSBC locations in the US are open so they can do services to their clients from overseas. They do not understand business here. Avoid at all cost. Also it takes them a week or 2 to approve your new account. You cannot deposit cash. Their services (wires..etc) is too complicated and Expensive.

  No stars made mistake giving it one Get ready to wait a week to see a teller . No matter how long the line 1 teller who is usually slow as a turtle. Trying over a year to get a safe deposit box. Your call
