  Opened account last year was promised $300 sign up bonus after 3 months and 3 bill pays, which I did, they never gave me the bonus, they told me to hold on, after 6 months I closed the account

  They NEVER pickup the phone. Do not open an account here if you expect to be able to get in touch with them. I've been trying from a week, next visit I make it's going to close the account.
