  Worst customer service and nasty management. Manager sits there talking to coworker while bank full of customer who have been there waiting for 1hr and 45 to been seen by a banker to add a name to the account. And when we complained she said well this is it you can leave if you want. Nasty Guyanese lady. Being a gold member with 2 account about you think they will treat you like a human being. Very disgusting experience. 2 bankers working and they only saw 4 customer in 1 hr and 45 min. This is unacceptable from any bank.

  On Saturday morning this place is like an airport waiting line. 1hr wait to see the teller.

  I went last week to open a credit card. They are very helpful & real quick service. That's why I'm thinking about opening a account in this bank .

  Visited to cash my scholarship check. Ended up getting a credit card with a help of a Banker from this Branch. Everyone is really nice there. The room is very small, but their services are great.
