  Very convenient. Mom has an account with them. They are very helpful and do the best they can.

  Sometimes the waiting area is way too crowded. There is a lady who loiters right outside and the staff let her be there everyday. While she's not a nuisance, she sells candy and snacks in a bank.... You can withdraw quick but getting to an actual person for your bank related things takes a long time. Other locations are faster, cleaner and better time managed.

  5 Stars for each employees at this branch, very great customer service. Allot of ATM's but still allot of customers in this area choice of doing business is to stand on line for the teller where there is only 2 teller windows always open. I would like to see more available window optional to open when the lines are with more than 6 customer standing.Besides that great friendly hospitable people doing a great job in the neighborhood.

  Chase bank on liberty ave. In city line proving once again they are the bank to avoid! Waited 1.5 hours for customer service I was 3rd on the wait list when I arrived. Total disaster atm transactions ONLY!
