::We went on a Sunday afternoon- the best thing about that place was the nice girl that was the cashier. Everything else went downhill from there. It was pretty empty, not busy at all, and it took over 25 minutes for the pizza. We did however, get to witness an employee punching a pizza oven to pass time instead of making pizzas. I knew the pizza was sub-par going in, but even that's being generous.

::Customer service was poor, mid transaction employees stopped our transaction to punch in and out. Wouldn't let us use a coupon because we didn't have another child with us. Ended up paying $5 more to have one less child eat. Decent pizza, big variety. Virtually no pizza was ready when we got there. Had to wait for them to cook. New York style and Stuffed crust are the only really good ones. Deserts are very very limited, only have cinnamon rolls and a brownie-cheese cake thing. Both were overly sugary with little to no flavor. Plates and trash were overflowing. Employee started flipping chairs over, essentially closing sections down 1 1/2 hours before closing time.

::The food is so-so but at this price you really can't beat all you can eat pizza. Other chains offer a small combo for around the same price, and in comparison this is just way more bang for your buck. The little arcade in the back is fun for kids, but if I didn't have kids I wouldn't bother. The service has been very kind and helpful every time I've gone. The staff is very quick and helps out in ways you wouldn'y necessarily expect. Nothing to go out of your way for but if you're in the area and want cheap, fast grub, I'd go nowhere else.

::Great for taking the kiddos. All you can eat - BUFFET STYLE. You do have to pick up your plates and trash. It's like in school "trays here". Nice place for a small kids birthday party (no private rooms) they have a small game room (requires tokens) and cartoons playing.

::Food is decent, however the entire store needs a good cleaning! Since having a kid I have a new way to tell how clean the place is. Go grab a hi-chair 9 out 10 tens they are horrible. Cicis no different! Sticky gross hi Chairs and tables! That combo doesn't make very horrible
