  I usually love BK My Way. But last night (2/27/2018) I ordered from GrubHub and it took an unbelievable 2 hours to get my food. I ordered at 8:46 and finally received my food at 10:56. Makes no sense as I ordered specialty foods from other places and it takes them less than an hour. Everytime I checked my order just kept getting pushed back call GrubHub customer service and she said "Burger King" told her they barely got the order. Yeah right... after two hours ,I called and when I got off with GrubHub they made the order and delivered it 12 minute drive away IMMEDIATELY after I hung up. That's super fast two minutes to cook and deliver cold food? Wow... Could have been honest at least. Never again now. Who knows what kind of lies they serve with every burger.

  The hamburgers that I ordered the meat was rotten I got sick all night long from their food. I will never eat there again.

  No one is ever online here and it usually moves fast compared to most fast food resturants in the area...which is a plus, however the fries were cold tonight and tasted like they were fried in really old oil. The ice tea tasted like water.

  This has to be the worst Bk out there they can never get an order right even when we ask to repeat the order to us they still have a completely different order! And never put cheese when we specifically say WITH CHEESE the customer service is thee worst and they aren’t clean if you want good service and food 72nd and Pecos has trained there employees better!
