  We were helped by Greg(?) At check in and it went smoothly even though they were short staffed and somewhat busy for a Friday. Pizza came quick and was actually really good! Got the stuffed crust. Game play was fun and no waits for any games. While checking out and cashing in our tickets Greg helped us again and was so helpful to my nephew and went above and beyond for him. It's been 25+ years since I've been here and Greg made it such a positive experience for our party.

  Lacole was very helpful, respectful and patient as I asked various questions regarding the menu and point system. My card was acting weird and she was very patient and knowledgeable about what to do next. I want to thank her for her professionalism. The location was fun and clean. Staff knew the dances and songs and participated very much to my surprise. Way to go

  First of all Chuck E. Cheese is a brand, my child was not greeted at the door with “hello welcome to Chuck E. Cheese!!!” Every other state greets them with enthusiasm. :( And secondly, the service is so slow. It took almost an hour to get our food! For fries..and cheesy bread?! My son wasnt even interested by the time the food came. Also, I asked someone who was doing anything for a to-go box and they sent me to someone else…lazy? If you don’t wanna work then go home. Don’t make my child’s experience suck. Photo: burnt fries, drowning wings, and awful cheesy bread.

  They’re staff work like get half minimum wage ! Wasting time especially on food ! Waiting 1hr on food and got nothing when i asked for refund the manager act like you sheep ppl should wait more as long as I’m satisfied! Super selifsh mangar ! She fit for 7/11 store not a kids place !

  Great space for kids as always! Glad to see some life here again after the pandemic. They take great care in keeping it clean which definitely helps ease the tension of having a place full of kiddos.
