::I drove to this place and spent 30 dlls in my order, my caramel brulee latte was half full in the cup and my mango dragon fruit it tasted really bad , my son got a hot chocolate and tasted just like milk without chocolate and my 2 cheese danish hadn't even heated up, I realized everything when I got home, very bad experience.

::The girls who work are are such hard workers. I see this location get fairly swamped in the mornings and they work so quickly and tirelessly in difficult circumstances to serve everyone. They always have the best attitudes too and are so kind (especially Irma and Ellie!) my drinks and food consistently taste great.

::7/10/22- Even though this is a new Starbucks this is so far the worst one in the metro area I have been to. I ordered a drink and a spinach wrap. After waiting about 10 minutes after getting my drink I asked about my wrap. At first I got confused looks from them and then they said they were out of the stuff to make the spinach wrap. When were they going to tell me they were out of stuff? Were they hoping I would just walk away? I asked them if they could make me something else and they said they could. Then my mom ordered a peach green tea in a different order. After once again waiting for awhile I asked where her drink was and they said they were out of peach. When were they going to tell us. They are letting people place orders for items they can not fill and then they are not telling people what is going on with their order. This is the worst customer service at a Starbucks I have ever experienced and all of the staffneed to be let go for not doing their job. The person taking orders needs to be aware of what they are out of and the person filling orders needs to let the guests know right away when something is wrong. Starbucks are going down hill, but this one is already at the bottom digging it's own grave.
