::I bought a pair of Chippewa snake boots 2 years ago. They are insanely stiff and they've been stretched 3 times. They are absolutely the most uncomfortable boots I've ever owned. I understand that snake boots are stiff; I live in Texas and these aren't my first snake boots. I emailed customer service and their advice was to stretch them even more. I advised them that the first pair I had was WAY too big and only a half size bigger. Then half size smaller pair were so tight I could barely get my foot into it. I have them a 2 ONLY because the boots are super good looking. But extremely uncomfortable. I have a dove trip this week and can't wear the mm because they rubbed a hole in the back of my feet last weekend. Beware of the what you're getting into and the level of service after the sale. Which also sucks. Get Irish Setters. Or anything else other than Chippewa.
