  This Chipotle tends to over salt their offerings which actually has made me dislike Chipotle as a whole - until I went to a different location and it was actually seasoned properly. As a result i’ve avoided this location in almost all circumstances unless absolutely necessary. The only reason for the 2 stars is the fact its convenient for those in Ballston and there’s no other chipotles walking distance away.

  Usually I never have a big issue with this Chipotle when it comes to my food, I always tend to have a issue with the employees. But today in particular the issue was with an employee and the food. Not did I just receive nasty facial gestures from an employee, I also received multiple pieces of hair strands in my food, yuck!!! Instantly I lost appetite in my whole food and threw a complete burrito away. Got to do better!

  Quick service, reasonable portion, delicious food. Nothing to complain except for that everything but rice was too salty.

  We order from here quite often, and we have had them put the wrong meats in the salad bowls several times. However tonight they completely messed up, giving us a random bowl of who knows what rather than what was in the order and on the receipt. Received this when the order was a salad bowl with carnitas, brown rice, sour cream and cheese

  This was our first time at a Chipotle, but we were really pleased with it all. She got the bow and I got the burrito, but both were loaded with ingredients and very flavorful. The service was nice too with everyone being very friendly and accomodating. The restaurant itself was mostly clean, although there were a few tables that still had trash on them. And there was also random trash in other places. So while that was a let down, the food and service made up for it. We did order directly at the restaurant, so we can't speak at all on behalf of the online ordering. But in person went very smoothly and we will definitely go back again.
