::So I've been going to this location on and off for years. Just a year ago it was terrible and I would never go here. But in the past few months it seems like they've hired a bunch of people who genuinely care about their job and are just really friendly. I don't think I've had a single mistake on my past 20 orders. Food always tastes amazing and they are almost never out of ingredients. The one thing I will say is don't go in the evening, the lunch crew here is awesome, but it seems like the majority of the dinner workers could care less if you get your food or if you're in line for 20+ minutes.

::I went today to the chipotle on France Ave. And I’m very unhappy that this burrito was almost 10 dlls !! Look the size !!! 😞They count the pieces of the steak and the grains of the rice , sour cream was almost two size of the burrito and the lettuce was like 6 pieces . I’m sorry but if they want to save work or cooking food time, maybe just don’t open the location or maybe just hire people who really need a job . we, the customers pay a good amount of money for the food and is just not fair that at the end of the shift they might throw the food away. And when I asked why is the burrito too small the cashier only said “ did you saw him making it “ ? And I said yes . And nothing else was said .

::What’s with the deal with door being locked at 1:50pm in the afternoon and a sign on the door that says “digital only?” Why? As a costumer, I want to see my meal being made, a place to sit and not eat in my car, and I maybe will want a drink refill. With high prices of eating out, think about the costumer and their experience. A lot of other places to eat. Took my money elsewhere today. Be better!

::Placed a catering order 10 days prior to date of pick up for work event. Received confirmation, card was charged. Went to pick up order, sign on door said they were closed. No communication leading up to the pick up date saying they'd be closed. Had contact info so they could have texted, emailed, or called to alert us at any time to the fact it wouldn't be available so we could make other arrangements. When I talked to the head office, they apologized and said they could try to place the order through another location (already being 1 hour past when food should have been available at event), but that they do require a 24 hour advance for catering orders. I would have appreciated a 24 hour advance notice that our order wouldn't be available. Refunded a few days after. Will not use this location in the future, and likely will not utilize Chipotle for events going forward.

::TOTAL RIP-OFF!! PORTION SIZE IS TERRIBLE !! 2 bowls, a wrap, chips and guacamole, $50 bucks.. Really ????..the bowls were barely filled, as you can see in the photo, the bottom of the bowl is not even covered, the veggie wrap was missing the veggies, only had beans and some cheese. And the chips and gauc did not make the bag. You cannot call the store to get a real person on the phone, it's all automated....which makes you wanna SCREAM !! Good thing we are just passing thru. We never go there again !
