::I want today to buy lemonade to share with my mom and the young lady who was the cashier I was trying to figure out who was her name and the many times I’ve been to every Chick-fil-A I always love coming because I love that you guys have a love for God and in the meaning of it and everything like that but the one thing I did not like today I was The cashier I don’t know her name she had it covered with her hair but I knew she was Asian and I think she had like pigtails I tried to see if she would smile or I was trying to be very friendly and joke with her she wouldn’t budge and I was very shocked because I thought Chick-fil-A that I thought everyone was friendly and bubbly and over-the-top like hyper and just good vibes this girl look like she was miserable with no smile no charisma I used to work in retail but I know it’s not the same but if she’s going to be working At Chick-fil-A she has to be extremely over the top bubbly regardless of how hard and how tough it is it doesn’t matter how hard and how tough it is you gotta put a big smile and just be friendly and joke around and be sarcastic The service was just very dull I really didn’t like it at all I will most definitely come because I love the food and of course I don’t know if I wanna come to this location if I see the same girl again because she really needs to learn that she hast to be friendly and bubbly and smiling

::Employee Isaac is the best. I was getting a huge order, and there was a long line that day and the food was taking a while. He kindly apologized for the long wait of the food and offered me a milkshake. Isaac made my visit a good experience.

::I would have never thought rude and unprofessional service would come from Chick-fill-a but it certainly did at this location. I’m a tolerant person but this was not acceptable. I’m not going back. I waited a long time for my order and when I thought I knew what the problem was, I tried to speak with one of the staff and she cut me off and told me I would be called when it was ready. When she finally realized I was correct and my food had been sitting there getting cold, she smugly handed me my food and walked away. No apologies, just attitude like I was a nuisance.

::Charity got my order incorrect and when I pointed it out to her , she said I didn’t make a mistake when clearly those around me heard.. you can get a order wrong but being rude and accusing the customer for your mistake is not cool. Food took 10+ minutes 💀 Taste was lacking but still was standard for chick fil a. The best about chick fil a here is a different girl who made my milkshake she was super nice and friendly!

::If I could give 0 stars I would. The management at this location is something I have never expected from a Chick-fil-a before. The blonde manager with the glasses “Sierra” always has the worst attitude and really makes the customer feel like they are wrong and belittles them. My mother found a sticker on the tomato in her sandwich, and when we reported it to the manager and showed her she said “sometimes we forget the stickers on the tomato when we are cutting them.” Sierra turned around without even attempting to help, and very unapologetic like they were not at fault. After asking to speak with the manager again she gave us a compensation card with attitude. Today I came to redeem the compensation card, and the girl who was taking my order and is in training, asked for her help as she was unsure how to enter it in the system. Sierra exclaimed to her “in training” employee to “figure it out on her own.” Finally when Sierra came to “help” she said to me “it’s probably been already used” and walked away with the rudest attitude, when the gift card has never been used. So… she first gave me a bad gift card, has shown the absolute WORST customer service, and lost one of the most loyal customers. I will never be returning to this location ever again as I am VERY disappointed and upset at the quality of respect I have received the past couple of times, and am very shocked at Chick-fil-a for allowing people like this to be a manager.
