::I have been waiting until it was less crowded, however, it's been a long wait, like a couple of months after it's opening. Definitely worth the wait! The flavor of the tea and the milk is just right! You can taste the tea, while it's not covered by the milk. And the best bubble!

::So excited that a new boba shop is opened in the area. I went in on a weekend afternoon after 2 weeks after the opening date. The line wasn’t as bad as people said it was, at least when I went. The staff was great and friendly, they answered all my questions. They were giving out menus while we were standing in line. They were also handing out hot milk tea samples. By far the most delicious tea I have ever had. The menu had great options as well. As soon as I entered the shop, I could smell the freshly brewed tea, it was the most divine smell. This is the first time I smelled freshly brewed tea in a boba shop. Looks like they were brewing fresh batches for every order. The only minor problem thing that I didn’t like about the tea was the boba. I could have been a bit better. There is some parking on the premises. I highly recommend this boba shop, you will not be disappointed.

::Outstanding milk tea, unlike any I've ever tried. The staff brew the tea and make the drinks in clear view, and the quality, freshness, and strength of tea flavor is very evident. The cashier was knowledgeable and served samples of the signature milk tea with "perfect" sweetness. My wait time in line was 10 minutes and for the drink was 15 minutes. This was on a weekday around 2 PM, so less busy than usual. With how bustling the store is, it can be hard to find a seat and really enjoy the drink in the store, but there are some counter seats and a central wooden bench. A single gender-neutral bathroom is available. I loved the taro milk tea with taro balls and look forward to trying their other drinks.

::Went on their 2nd day of opening. My cousin wanted me to try it and when I looked at the low reviews I was reluctant to go. However, I went without knowing when they even first opened. I get there and parking was a bit difficult cause it was limited. There was Def a line outside but not too bad. Waited 20 min. Tops before closing. Entire staff looked exhausted and tired but still worked hard and very friendly. After ordering I waited outside and spoke with one of the staff and they explained it was only their 2nd day of opening and walked me through their tea brewing process. Really educational and fun to talk to him. I now understood the low rating. People were very impatient on soft opening day and one machine broke down so they were limited. Of course this can happen hence "Soft Opening". Give them a break and be patient or come when things settle down. Drinks were refreshing and not bitter. Milk tea is freshly made so delicious!

::The wait was quite long, but they just opened and I understand they may need to train their staff. The drinks are thoughtfully made and carefully brewed. Each drink is brewed individually and is of high quality. I got the Dong Ding milk tea and it was delicious. The staff are very friendly. Parking was a bit tight and the queue will line up outside the shop at times. This is my girlfriend's favorite drink spot in LA and we are glad they opened one up here in Bellevue! Must try at least once.
