If I would ever be on the job market again I would contact Chase Technology first. They are fast, they listen to what candidates want as a whole: career development, future goals, personal values, etc. I started my career in the United States working as a Software Developer at a Software Service company. As years passed, I realized that I would want to work in an environment which would allow me to perform more diverse tasks beyond just writing code. I contacted Chase Technology Consultants because a friend had gotten a job through them; I worked with Jared who helped me to land in a Software Developer position in manufacturing industry. He understood perfectly what I looked for, that I wanted to wear different hats in day to day job. I wanted to talk to end users to gather requirements; I wanted to have freedom in developing my own application, maintaining and talking to end users as well. He sent me to very few interviews (I accepted the offer with my second company I interviewed at).

Chase helped me find my first job in Boston. Job hunting is tough, especially when you're trying to relocate out of state, but they made the whole process efficient and relatively painless. I worked with a couple people over there and all were friendly, responsive, and attentive. One thing that really stood out to me was how thorough they were. They took the time to answer questions I had, make sure I was ready for interviews, and even went through my resume and site with a fine tooth comb for typos and such before submitting it to their clients.

I am a software developer who received an email from Mike Grasso (VP at Chase Technology Consultants) which requested I give him a call but contained no other information or context. I have no idea who Mike Grasso is, so I jokingly asked if he was trying to smuggle funds out of Nigeria via Western Union, and he replied with this: "To be honest, you're not that good, and trust me, it wasn't an elaborate plan to "get you on the phone". You must really have a high opinion of yourself. Go and respond to the other firms who make you feel good and pump up your already self inflated ego." Yikes! I won't be calling these folks next time we're looking to hire...

Chase took a chance on me and helped me get a job that led to tremendous innovations and learning as well as saving my house from foreclosure. Scott, Rob, and the crew are great about getting past the initial challenge of proving your intellect to a prospective employer so that you can focus on expressing what value and commitment you can bring them. In an industry where people are mostly about turn and churn, Chase adds humanity and elegance to this now vital service industry for technical professionals.

First off, these guys got me a good job. They definitely get extra points just for that. More importantly, in terms of understanding the people you're working with. They managed to verbalize what I wanted in an ideal job perhaps better than I could have, and found me a job that was pretty close to what I was ideally looking for. Great going Rebecca. As for Brian's review below... surprising... I'm not sure they have staff enough to be calling someone several times a day for no good reason, and I'm pretty sure they try to form a relationship with the people they work with. Rebecca, the recruiter I was working with had a good sense of humor and I liked talking to her.
