::I live in the area and usually have to go to this Chase bank location because it’s the closest one. Unfortunately this bank needs more space. It brings in enough customers, which makes the place look ten times smaller. It could benefit from being bigger, this would allow the service to be more smooth and a better customer experience. The staff are friendly but rarely are to be found when the place is crowded. Things need to change for the better of the Bronx.

::Its pretty bad.. lines are insane.. there is only one teller most of the time.. and three ATMs.. it is a very busy area.. it is like the fordham of 170th st.. that bank needs a bigger location.. more atms more tellers and better customer service... and not to add insult to injury.. but they also changed their hours.. they close at 5pm instead of 6... they should've extended the hours to alleviate the ridiculous lines.. trust if i don't get there before 9am.. I don't even attempt to make any transactions.. the atm lines are just as long as the teller lines.. trust when I tell you it is a horribillistic experience.. of course for the area chase probably doesn't care...you don't see this type of shinnanigans midtown/upper east side/wash. heights.. but then again this is the boogie down...

::3 different visit to this location all disappointed, customer service worth a negative penny here..no even a plain envelope, I ask for one to send a cashier check the joke that I get was to go 99 cent store and get the a box for a buck. what a joke coming from your bank! I guess that the quality of the joke speaks a lot of the quality of the service.

::I went to open an account. The workers were hanging in the back room. The Rep was confused and running all over the place. My wait was 30mins plus. I left because I never experienced this type of cheap low end service. Once again, The Bronx gets low quality service from a big name corp. CHASE: The Bronx has many educated people that can help manage a better banking branch. Please fire your human resource manager. One funny fact: I went with someone to withdraw funds, and the teller asked ''Is this money from a lawsuit?'', this person was startled by the lack of ethics that come along a question like this. The teller sensed that the costumer was offended by the question, and justified her wrongdoing by saying that her job requested it. I'm not aware of the banks laws and regulations, but I'm sure you can't assume before asking. Not everyone in these communities relies/depends on lawsuit money...
