  Worst bank in the city. Lines extend outside the bank . Extremely inconvenient . VERY SMALL

  The good: -the customer service is okay. It will depends on who you have as a representative The bad: -expect people standing by the front door waiting to use the ATM. It is very unorganized, and unclean.

  Very small bank for a heavily populated community. Lines are always super long, with only 2-3 tellers. To speak with a personal banker you would wait an average of 45min-1hr.

  Thank god i dont have an account here . This place is the dumpiest overcrowded with homeless drug users begging for money ..crazy here. And people drive here and double park here. Giant tickets blitz

  Long lines and when you do get to the chase cashier they are rude at times. If I did not bring my glasses to fill out the slip you should be able to help.
