::Goodmorning Everyone, So I Have A Hold On My Account Because I Forgot To Sign The Back Of A Check. They Told Me To Go Into The Branch To Get The Problem Resolved So I Did So & What Not So Long Story Short , Samantha Luckie, Banker. Said To Me " they're going to close your account because you've been doing this for a long time now ". Mind you. IVE NEVER deposited a check a day in my life until Saturday & if you check my statements you'll see that. I felt judged and discriminated against. I've been a loyal customer for YEARS ! I won't leave chase because I love you guys but that was uncalled for by your employees. SAMANTHA LUCKIE. I WILL NEVER FORGET YOUR NAME MISS. NEVER.

Came in on opening hours to pay if my dedt to them and still had to wait 1 half hour Plus the idiot banker didnt know what she was doing, kept on insisting that It was my that i did have the right amount i owed them. In short i payed the money off at a different bank This place has the worst service , its better to go to citi bank witch is just down the road or just find a different chase bank to do business Pros:0 Cons: low Staff Staff have no clue how to use there own interface and billing system
