  Normally don’t have anything good to say about this branch but today that change due to my encounter over the phone with Theresa... Thank you for going the extra mile it was triply appricated.

  This bank is awful. Came in to do an ATM transaction with another bank card. The ATM process went through as normal but didn't dispense cash. Ask customer service representative who was standing around for help was told that nothing can be done because I didn't use a chase card. Was appalled and decided to speak with supervisor and was talked to terse like I couldn't understand proper English. At the end of the day the ATM does not say use at your own risk. This bank location sucks

  This Chase Bank is awful. The staff is unorganized and lazy. I got there at 3pm to open an account they said they were closed, they were clearly open, they close at 4pm. I am mobile impaired the rep asked how far I had to travel I told I had to walk several blocks, he shrugged his shoulders and said come earlier tomorrow. Several people have complained how slow and poorly staffed this location is.

  This is the worst chase bank ever!!!!!! Only 1 teller. Too many employees walking around asking can they help you when they cant because its only one teller window. If there is a long line u can 4get about it. Smh. Ugh this bank is a disaster!

  I was able to cash my check even without having an account. Things went slowly because they have a weird system for teller operation where they open teller counter seemingly by request only or when the need exists. Overall things went well even though wait was 20 minutes or more.
