  Really clean and conveniently located. I’ve never had a problem with the ATMs, but I usually only go to the bank when I need assistance from a teller. The staff are super helpful and the wait times are usually not that bad.

  Every Tuesday morning before work I attempt to get money out at this location, and every week at least 3-4 ATM machines are not dispensing money. Do people not want to quickly stop at the ATM before work? I'm not sure why this is but, I'm inconvenienced every week because of this.

  I walked into this branch as a Bank of America customer just to get a new credit card to help avoid interest on my tuition payment. I was greeted and helped tremendously by Ulises who is a fantastic professional and a kind and lovely human being. He got me the card, he had it expedited and his genuine kindness made my day. Banking is generally not a great experience but today it was and as soon as I have time and energy to deal with BofA again, I'll be brining my business to Ulises at Chase. Can't recommend highly enough!

  Excellent customer service. Plenty of ATM to keep the lines moving. Welcoming customer service area has comfortable seating if you need to wait for personal service.
