  Service is not good. The staff would not take word or my documents to be notarized because of the first page not having number #1. I will change to a other bank very soon.

  I've had my business account here for nearly 10yrs, at the beginning they were just fine and I didn't have many issues at all. However within the past 2 years they have really changed as far as their customer service is concerned. If one of my customers makes any slight mistake in the way they have written their check chase will quickly turn you down and this coming from a customer that has never had a check deposited into my account that didn't belong there. I have had a handful of customers maybe five or so that have written a bad check but they treat me like a criminal if my customer writes a check J&J gates inc instead of jj gates inc or to just jj gates instead of writing out the whole business name. Runnnng a small business is difficult but runnnng a small business with a bank that won't take your customers check for the smallest innocent mistake is just impossible. I'll be changing soon to a local bank or credit union!

  If there was zero stars that's exactly what they would receive. They told me I couldn't cash a check that was issued by Chase because it had a business name along with mines. So I called corporate and the lady I spoke with told me I could cash my check with a business name along with mines. As long as it was endorsed. Take too long and only had one teller.
