  Everything I come in there is never enough tellers to customers and the ones you do have don't want to even be here.

  The worst Bank Of America I've ever been to. They definitely need more cashiers. More than 30 minutes waiting in line just to make a deposit and only 1 person was in front of me.

  Worst bank I ever been in for Bank of America. No help for 30 minutes all I had to do was deposit checks

  Scheduled an appointment to open an estate account for recently deceased parent. Waited ONE HOUR past the scheduled appointment start time- Why even have appointments? Assigned agent completely unknowledgeable, I don't even think she knew what an estate account was. Could not answer basic questions. End result, I was told that BOFA could not open this account- Because my parent had resided in another state. Not another country, another state. And, the documents I provided from this state's court are enforceable in any state, pursuant to the full faith and credit clause of the US constitution. Learn your business, BOFA. Maybe take "of America" out of your name, since you can't serve other states?
