  I just moved from Arizona and I too believe it is very slow. People are nice but they need more people behind the counter.

  This is seriously one of the worst chase banks and I really think they should re staff I just needed to do a wire transfer. Said that no one was able to do it. And this is not the first time I have to deal with this. Service is absolutely horrible. They don’t even deserve a one star to be honest

  It would be nice if the drive thru had withdraw slips and other slips outside. Instead of having to ask for one. Making the wait more longer. Not ever coming back here again. The wait is too long.

  This branch is always slow. Instead of having a person in front asking, “can I help you?” That person, should get behind the counter and open another spot. There were various people in line and only one teller and finally a second one showed up. I was in line for 25 min just to make a cash credit card payment. This is why I switched banks to another local Fort Worth owed bank. Corporate owned banks are going downhill. At my new bank I’m always in an out in 5min any time any day. They care about their employees and they even get Saturdays off. Which is great for them, I never go to the bank on Saturdays it’s always madness!
