  Customer service was horrible I waited over an hour to have papers notarized. There was one associate running both the drive thru and the lobby. There were two bankers in the lobby and one went to lunch with several customers waiting for assistance. I got up to ask what was taking so long and how much longer would my wait be. The associate said I'll be with you as soon as I'm finished with this customer. I told him that does not answer my question and asked for the corporate number to file a complaint. All of a sudden the lady in his office disappeared and he assisted. I would have left but my father was wheelchair bound. I have never had this experience at any other branch and will never do business at this location again.

  This bank Sucks!!!! Some people were waiting for one hour for a banker and the little hostess came to tell me after I signed in for a banker that Ill need to wait for one hour and a half to ge a Statement... Under staffed always at Chase and they are Rude and lie to people.... WHY.... THIS IS ALWAYS THE KIND OF HAPPY FACES THEY HAVE AT THIS FACILITY.....
