::Never been inside because it's never open. My card gets hacked about once every two months. Never had a problem at my other bank like that.

::I have been doing banking with them for almost 20 years. This branch may has been infected by Covid19 - doing self quarantine and closed its door - no visitors are allowed to come anymore. ??? May need to move my account to Chase (across the street).

::I don't have a problem with the staff, I have a problem with the bank never being open. First , a few months ago, everybody was lined up outside at 130pm on a weekday....note on the door ''Back around 2pm" Now, the last few months the bank is closed completely with a door note stating "Bank Closed Temporarily" It's been months now. Then when they closed the drive-thru lanes, you would think, because of the small building that during the pandemic, the drive-thru would save time and be safer , not having to interact , face to face inside the bank, but nope, no more drive-thru either. Anybody ever try calling that bank? Nobody ever answers, and I mean never. Can't even ask a simple question. Now I'm forced to go to Lamar and Collins St. They closed that drive-thru also, and the parking lot is a shared parking lot and you can drive around for an hour, looking for a space with all the other businesses in that location.

::Stay away from this bank location.The Teller and the lady branch manager are awful. The branch Manager called the cops on my mom and rejected her request to deposit or cancel all her accounts. We are Platinum Honor customers and have been banking with then for 20+ years and they can care less!

::Worst bank in the world. ***The tellers are wonderful*** but there is always a LONG line. It takes forever just to make a company deposit! AND they closed the drive through. Need MORE tellers and LESS people walking around asking what you want and how they can help. I have never seen so many disgruntled customers in one place in my life, and yet the bank will do nothing to fix the problem. They are trying to force customers to use ATMs for all transactions, but that doesn't work for everyone. In my case, I need to make company deposits and do not have a debit card to do it through the ATM.
