::As a previous employee and active customer of chase bank, I am taking time to make a complaint regarding the extremely poor customer service experience I received on 08/16/17. I went to your location with my father to take care of an issue I was having. I was signed on to the queue and when it was my allotted turn your Chase employee Ken skipped me for another person after I asked him to give me a few seconds to ask my dad to come in who was standing by the door, not more than 2 feet away. Is this how the customer facing representatives of Chase are expected to behave? Is this how Chase treats long standing loyal customers?
