  Didn't want me to open an account with them after the "nice" gentleman asked me how long I planned on being with them...(never heard of banks asking that question). Thank you very much, I've already taken my business elsewhere.

  Usually there is not a long wait time.The staff is very friendly and helpful.there is a teller there that remembers all the names of the customers,which is very unusual.Good experience.

  This branch is understaffed, my wait for assistance from a personal banker was over 40 minutes. I'll stick with Chase.
