  30 minute wait to see a teller at this branch. The tellers and bankers are undertrained and didn't know some of the new policies coming down from corporate, which wasted a lot of time as well.

  Very helpful staff! I opened a business account with Zachary (I think) and he and all the other people I interacted with were nothing but friendly

  Ask for Karina if you need a terrible experience and a bad day. Her unprofessional service and attitude will blow your mind. trust me and you wont be disappointed

  There's one teller midday Saturday. Lines build up here steadily after lunch. Even getting a simple money order can take 30+ minutes, because of the insufficient staffing, or people incorrectly filling out forms, forgetting documentation, etc. The 20 minute parking spots in front clearly do not reflect the average time spent here.
