::30 minute wait to see a teller at this branch. The tellers and bankers are undertrained and didn't know some of the new policies coming down from corporate, which wasted a lot of time as well.

::There's one teller midday Saturday. Lines build up here steadily after lunch. Even getting a simple money order can take 30+ minutes, because of the insufficient staffing, or people incorrectly filling out forms, forgetting documentation, etc. The 20 minute parking spots in front clearly do not reflect the average time spent here.
