  If I can give the 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible, they have no tellers, supposed to open at 8:30am and I’m literally standing on line for 30 minutes waiting on someone to open. If you come in the afternoon they have no tellers. The manager is very rude. This is really bad for business people that have to go back to work. So when I asked the teller she tells me that they were in the back and only if a teller is available.

  I don’t know why Chase still having this office opened, the customer service is very poor and they only have one cashier doing everything so if you want to lose your entire day you must visit this branch, note: I use to visit them twice a week and every time is the same.

  Visited on a Saturday for basic banking needs. There was no wait, and the teller was extremely friendly and competent at her job. No problems here!

  You can't get anyone to help you in customer service. The employees just wslk around taking care of their personel business
