::I went in at 455pm to fill out a direct deposit form for my new job (yay me, lol). The bank teller heard my plight, made a call to her co-worker and told me to wait by the window next to her station. Another employee came by, took me to his desk and processed my paperwork in 2 minutes! Great service! Thanks, guys!

::Capital One Branch 151 E Fordham Rd Bronx, NY 10468 Ref: Associate Michael l visited this branch on Wednesday Nov 29, 2017 around 10:15am to resolve a problem with redeeming my credit card rewards, l spoke to Mr. Michael who was unresponsive to my questions and shown no concern in assisting me with my problem; he gave me a telephone number to call someone before quickly walking away without helping me. The number he gave me terminated after a few rings. My problem was resolved after calling another Capital One number.
