  Usually have bad experiences with Chase from using the inside ATM 3 times a week. Tanicka Gallaway needs her picture in the dictionary next to customer service. She always greets me even remembered my name after 1 encounter, she always looks flawless, and has a perfect smile, and knows what she's doing. She definitely will be a future branch manager.

  Unprofessional, the speak badly about the customers as soon as they walk out the door. The stand around in a circle making fun the customers... meanwhile they are not educated and don't what they are doing.

  Good credit card services. Greeting staff should be clearer that they just need your first name, not your full name, when asking to add you to the wait list. For such a large property with only a few (visible) staff, they should have public restrooms for their customers, but they don't.

  Staff need more training. I had to go through three employees before someone knew what a medallion signature was. I expect better. I went to another branch in Bethesda which had competent staff.

  Friendly. But, IMO staff needs more training not ready to deal with business clients yet. Never had such a hard time opening up a business checking account with my partner
