  I have been using Matt, Wally and the Smart Tax team to do my taxes for over two years now - and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Smart Tax team is exceptional at what they do. They are no-fuss/no-muss straight-shooters, who have a way of putting things into terms their clients can easily understand and digest - all for rates that are more than fair and affordable. I highly suggest using their services, as they are amongst the best in the five boroughs!

  I've been coming to this location for years and the experience has always been great! My accountant is Matthew but the whole staff is very helpful and attentive. Matthew answers every question I have and I never felt like I was being rushed out. My taxes this year were particularly complicated but Matthew went through every detail with me. They also have a very organized system and keep all of my tax information I had filled the previous years- so I was able to make comparisons and evaluate my spending from the previous years. They are more than just tax professionals, they can advise in other financial areas as well, which I very much appreciate. I strongly suggest Smart Tax- they are very professional and thorough in their work.

  Smart Tax is definitely the place to go during tax season .The staff at this location are phenomenal !!!. They are professional, respectable and very patience when it comes to addressing questions At this location the staff take their time with each individual and truly try their best to ensure you receive the maximum refund possible. Let me not forget to mention that they have a very reasonable fees as well. So if you or any one you know are still unsure of to where go don't waste any more time just go on down to smart tax and ask for Wally.

  The Smart Tax East NY location made a very complicated situation very easy to understand. I have complicated taxes because I am a broker and in addition to commissions, I also am salaried and have dependents, so they are filed differently. If i had went to any other accountant i would have never known about all the deductions i was eligible for, therefore I would have received way less of a return. Matthew is great to work with, he’s fast and efficient and he breaks it down in terms that are understandable for everyone, instead of just hearing “trust me I do this for a living i know what to do.” I highly recommend using the Smart Tax East NY locations to file your returns, you will not regret it and i guarantee you will be able to buy yourself a nice present when you receive your return. They get you your money fast also, so you don’t have to wait over a month for your check!

  I love those guys at smart tax. They're always very professional, they have the answers to all of my questions, and I've been going there for the past 4years. The experience is like no other. And they always have something to give u to show there appreciation for us customers for doing business with them. Like coffee mugs and umbrellas and beach towels as presents for their return customers! Highly Recommend!
