  The ATM is always lit and safe. The bank employees are always attentive and helpful. Update: I stopped in today, July 3rd 2017, in the blazing sun and although the Chase system was down, the employees had cold water for those of us who had questions or need the ATMs. It would have been much easier for them to close the lobby but not at all. I appreciated that.

  Stefon was so helpful! I called and asked if I could come by at about 25 minutes before closing to open an account. I got there at 5:45 & he did the whole thing for me so fast and was so gracious. We need more people like this in the American workforce! Thank you stefon!

  I had a great experience opening a new checking account. The representative was helpful, prompt, and friendly. My only complaint was how long I had to wait to get a walk-in appointment, but apparently one of the representatives had just gone to lunch, and it was around lunchtime so that's understandable.

  Terrible customer service! You just wait and wait until someone even decides to approach you. Very bad service!
