  60 minutes and counting waiting to make a wire transfer. The wait is always this long here.

  It has been over 40 minutes waiting to open an account here. Waiting and waiting while the Asian woman in the glass office is on social media. Great job, guys!!!

  Needed to make a check deposit too large to do by machine. Why is THIS BRANCH CLOSED due to weather before 2pm and there's NO SNOW ON THE GROUND!!!! There're many things that aren't convenient about this bank and it's time to change banks for sure!
