  This is the worse branch. Lazy, rude and racist teller and manager.

  This is the worst branch. The financial advisors dont know anything. They take an extremely long time for no reason and are not adept at resolving issues. It took me almost an hour to request a lost card, which then got blocked a week later. I went to the Ave J/Coney Island Ave branch yesterday, the same issue got resolved professionally within 15 minutes. If you can, besides the tellers and ATMs, do not go here, you will waste your time and leave frustrated.

  Very rude staff there, they will treat you bad if you’re an immigrant it doesn’t matter if you speak well English or not because they can’t even English well either. If you look young then just don’t go there. Because they will think you’re dumb and don’t know anything.

  You don't have to wait long to use the ATM machines. Not only that but if you have kids, they give them free lollipops if it's ok with the parents

  Wow! I've always found chase bank staff to be incredibly courteous and friendly but I suppose the Brighton/Coney Island location will always have its special effect. I deposited a decent amount of money in the form a check from a brokerage account (note: I did NOT give the bank teller thousands in old dirty rolled up $5 bills.) The bank clerk, "Ghazal", a woman of perhaps 25, uttered not a word in greeting but kept STARING at me with the unfriendliest of stares. STINK EYE like i've rarely seen! Not a single word uttered and then she handed me the receipt. I felt like a criminal and wondered if perhaps I DID rob someone!
