  Only two guys on this place to attend people and are very very slow!!!! Please chase hire more efficient people!

  I am a Customer for this branch bank. Never have a complaint today I visit the Chase bank located at 132 Fordham bronx N.Y. 10458. 11:50 Am and they will closed at 2:00pm I was trying to open 2 account and they tell me that they can not open the account because they was about to closed and that take to much time. What Type o customer service is this? Very disappointed..... by this customer service by Gloribel give me today.

  Today i opened my Checking account in this branch. I was helped by Stephanie Reynoso. She is awesome, great customer service.

  this bank needs a renovation and more bank tellers, from the outside it looks scary to enter, the inside lobby is small and when you are waiting on that long line in the lobby, you feel as though someone is over you looking at your bank transactions.

  After waiting about 40 minutes in the waiting area (no teller came to even check the waiting list) a teller than comes at 6pm (closing time) to ask me what is it that I wanted. I explained what I came for and he told me unfortunately they won't be able to help because they are closed. Waste of time and the workers move like snails.
