::Long lines to the ATM walk up machines, long line on the drive thru ATM machines. In other words be prepared to wait to withdraw your money. This bank might as well offer county services too, like EBT, welfare etc... while You wait.

::The business consultant was over 10 minutes late to our scheduled appointment. She dismissed me after just one glance. She was super snarky throughout the ”appointment”. I overheard laughter & even saw her smirking when she came back from her “talk” with the manager. She ended up saying my documents were fake & unacceptable. Since she was so loud, the long line of customers heard the false accusations she was throwing at me. It was a humiliating experience, that ended with laughter & smirks as soon as I got up to leave. DO NOT SERVE COMMUNITIES OF COLOR IF YOU CANNOT OFFER COMPASSION, RESPECT, & SUPPORT TO PEOPLE WITH DIVERSE BACKGROUNDS.

::I usually don't like leaving reviews unless some one has royally pissed me off. I just want to say thank you Karen for taking care of my request to get my direct deposit form. I was last minute but she took care of me :) thanks and I look forward to visiting this branch more often

::I have a lot of patience and had nothing to do but this bank was not welcoming at all. I've gone to other banks and they greet you smiling and make you feel comfortable. However waiting after putting my name on the sheet for 30 minutes no one even attempted to show any type of concern and that's absolutely fine, many other banks with so much better service
