  $5 per bank statement? You guys are scammers and I'll be switching banks. You lied about the monthly fee which should be 0 when you have direct deposit. I'll be reporting you to the BBB as well because you changed the terms of my banking account without notification. You should be ashamed of yourselves...screwing your customers...

  Worst bank ever, consistently and over the decades. The lines are always long and management doesn't care about customer service. Go to the B of A on Alondra and Paramount. I would give 0 star but I can't. Also had a hit and run right outside of this B of A, and there is no security on Bellflower Blvd. where there are car accidents and homeless people stalking the ATMs. I've been harassed several times since they see me grabbing cash out of the ATM and I've seen other people harassed too. You're sending good customers away feeling unserved and unsafe.

  Bank of America hold my transition 2 times... With out any reasons... By this means, I conclude Bank of America doesn't have reputation, Bad Things going on Banks.. It doesn't care it's customer... Definitely very soon I open New Accounts with other Banks... No Trust on BoA

  Never had a really bad experience here. Sometimes it can be a wait, but the staff have always been friendly. This is my regular bank branch. (Had a negative experience with a different branch and wanted to balance things out.)

  One teller for over 12 people in the line. Manager walking around only and telling people; we will be with you soon. regardless of if this is this Bank bad management or general BOA it it ridiculous...
